Yawn. Typical propaganda meant to stir up people's emotions and make them throw away any sense of logic or reason. Plus, you guys should know that Karl Marx was a racist and self-hating jew who only founded communism simply because of his personal money problems. Hell, he didn't even see workers in a factory in his life. Don't trust me? Go buy a copy of Intellectuals by Paul Johnson and go look for the article titled Gigantic, Howling Curses". Believe me, Marx was a fraud and a hypocrite in reality.

There's no better word to describe the current situation than "IRONY". You, my good sir, WIN.

And to think that, with the incoming crisis and current state of the global financial market, good ol' Fukuyama (author of "The End of History") must surely be biting his nails off.

Yes!!!

The flaw of Capitalism is the same "Flaw" they say somehow dooms Marxism to failure; Man's own greed.

Now, if people are supposedly too "Greedy" to manage a "Commune" then how in the world do they run a global society where outside of in theory a few laws (protect property and from violence) and expect it to be stable? The answer is it isn't, the ones that kick their way to the top abuse the laws to erect barriers to other's success, ruining the "Rewards effort, etc." good side of capitalism. Then it becomes an outlet of greed and a tool of oppression until the system breaks itself down.

For decades we had the hard lessons of wars, the contrast of extreme communism and a lot of other challenges. Once Russia went into hibernation, the capitalists ran free and this is their fruit.

It's a good news, in a bleak way, to people with "Left" leanings since once people are afraid of their next meal and living inside they'll eagerly work for 'socialist' measures. After all, if in the shadow of 9/11 they traded liberty for the pretense of safety, how can the "Capitalists" expect people in times of poverty (contrasted by their wealth in the hands of bankers) to give up their "Right" to become billionaires in exchange for re-distributing THEIR OWN property and wages back?
