Considering the US's harsh words against Kim, he's actually doing the proper thing by getting nukes.


The whole purpose behind the US stockpiling nukes was a defense plan that was literally acronymed for what it stood for:

"M.A.D."


Mutual
Assured
Destruction

If you shoot nukes at me, I will die but I will shoot nukes at you and you will die. If I shoot nukes at you, you will die, but you will shoot nukes at me and I will die. If anyone shoots nukes at anyone else we will all shoot nukes at everyone else. I will die, you will die, we will all DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!


And that's what kept the US and Russia at bay for decades. Without nukes, both countries would have been destroyed trying to war against each other, but nukes kept armies away. The obscene by-product of that was that the USA launched a "Cold War" and tried to use smaller countries as chess-pieces. Latin America suffered immensely due to the CIA propping up lots of people who were "Anti-Communist" because they were living, breathing advertisements for the concept. And to be fair, Russia ended up supporting its share of "Pigs that thought themselves most equal".


Now it's not even about politics. It's just the bankers, the money changers and the profiteers, sucking people dry and trying to get us to hate and fight each other so we don't notice. They'll give 'free' breast milk replacement to women until their natural milk dries up, then sell it at full market value in countries where few earn US$100 a year, starving babies to death for pennies in profit.


So, if they show Kim as a "Madman" well, he's gotta live up to expectations... But I bet he's a lot saner than they say. IMHO, he either wants to be 'left alone' so he doesn't have to starve so many people paying for constant military preparedness -or- if he's going to be bought out the money changers better pay him a LOT ($, no coup, a lot of power, his sons taking control) to sell his country.

You give far too much credit to Kim. As far as I have heard, no one outside of North Korea is threatening to use nuclear weapons to settle Kim's latest bit of manipulation. How many targets does North Korea have that would "require" a nuclear weapon to destroy?

The greatest nuclear threat Kim poses is in his providing a nuclear weapon to a non-governmental group that could use (or threaten to use) it without the worry that they would have a homeland to risk.

As for North Korea's threat to bring annihilation on its enemies, the most destructive weapon they could use would be to drop their economy on Seoul.
