Left-wing and Right-wing are both wings of the same bird-of-prey.

Obama isn't left-wing, far from it in fact: www.politicalcompass.org/usele…

Left-wing ideology is based around social justice, the abolition of private property rights in favor of public and personal property rights, and common ownership of the means of production by the working class, either directly or through the guidance of a representative government. Only a very small handful of Democratic politicians throughout history have ever supported truly left-wing ideals. Most have been center-right. Franklin D. Roosevelt is probably the closest we've had to a socialist president, but even he was merely a social-democrat, and social-democracy is a centrist ideology at best. (He also had some fascist tendencies, as he was quite racist and xenophobic, so it could be argued that he wasn't even a true social-democrat. "Progressive conservatism" seems to best describe his ideology.)

so damn funny all the little Obama camp followers were all for picking on Bush, but when you attack their hope, they attack you Latuff. Imperialism has not changed, despite putting a new face on it. The only thing that has changed is which corporate interests have the ear of the whitehouse. THAT IS ALL!

Once again, Comrade Che has it right.

I'll add that -- and I've said this many times in other forums -- Obama has to get out of Iraq, get out of Afghanistan, and cut the U.S. defense budget in half. Then, and ONLY then, will he even have a chance of fixing the mess bequeathed to him by eight wretched years of Junior Bush. If not he will fail, and the future will be very bleak for this country, and the world.

Do you know what cutting the defense budget will do? Not only will it lay off hundreds of thosaunds of jobs, but it will make the U.S. less safe and more vulnerable to terrorist attacks.

And Obama doesn't have to continue the various wars to destroy this nation. He has already spent more taxpayer dollars in 50 days than Bush spent in 8 years.

Criticizing Obama is fine. In fact, it's necessary. But equating him with the monster known as George Bush is a bit much.

Why should people stop "hatin" Obama? Because his faithful Obamabots say so?

You have no idea what kind of destruction Obama will reap on this country. But since you drink the blue Kool-Aid regularly, then you probably don't care.

ouch. you've been hitting obama hard, and while i agree the increase of troops to Afghanistan is a bad idea, do you think McCain would do better?
Reply
:iconpolitician333:

Yes, he would have been better. He would not have spent more taxpayer dollars in 50 days than Bush did in 8 years. He wouldn't have dumped $8 trillion dollars on the national debt in the first year of his term. McCain wouldn't have forced veterans to pay for their own injuries, the same injuries that they acquired from a war their government sent them too. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Obama is just getting started in passing through his leftist agenda.

Fuck Obama and his ilk. They are trying to destroy this country.

You nee to understand that Obama and McCain had more in common than different. So I say Obama is not being hit hard enough! Put a new face on the evil empire does not make it kind. Democrats are merely republicans without balls! and republicans are democrats without an agenda.
