I believe what Israel is doing in Gaza in August, 2014 is fundamentally wrong and one of the questions that has to be asked is would there be as many tunnels leading out of Gaza if a wall had not been built to keep people inside a giant refugee camp in the first place. On the other hand Israel has a right to exist also Hamas firing rockets into any target possible is wrong. I'm afraid religious fundamentalism on both sides does not help in fact the opposite. Do I have an Answer ? Of course I don't, but nethier do you and when you disabled the comments on a lot of your Gaza art the meanings were also lost and instead of trying to teach the public what was happening in Gaza, you probably alienated a fair percentage of your viewers including me and I have a lot of sympathy with the Palstinian cause. Your art also smacked of pure propaganda when you put in illustrations that were obviously out of date. The bottom line is cartoons can make a devastating political point or as history has taught us they can be extremely biased and hurtful.

Oh yeah? Shove that propaganda down your throat, because he's staying until 2017.

Will I vote for him in 2012? Yes I can. Have fun with that :icontrollfaceplz:

Seriously, he's not perfect, and I know nothing is improved overnight, but you're just plain spiteful.

This is quite sad, isn't anyone ever going to believe him?

Or is everyone still trying to fantasize a world where McCain would have won the election.

Just wait for more years,I KNOW that Obama will serve his purpose.

I hate all these people that make Obama out to be some kind of holy man. I'm from Chicago, we know him better than anyone in the country, the man is a crook, like most Illinois politicians.

Little late to the party, ain'tcha? When did I post that? 2009? Hell, I don't even remember doing it.

My point still stands. Do not elect people from Illinois into Office. We are just a little too close to the "mafia mentality" and it really shows in how he's run this fucking country since his election.

(Also "Your mama?" Is that the best retort you can come up with? Seriously? Only middle-schoolers who ride on the short bus still use "Yo' mama!" anymore."

Uh, yeah, these people don't hate Obama because he's from Illinois. They hate him because he's black. Do you even KNOW how many racist comments there are on Twitter about him?!

Oh those fucking racists. Yes, racists comments on twitter make me scowl. It's not a good website to read if you're looking for shining examples of human social equality.

TECHNICALLY though, and I don't want to get too into the "blackness" of Barack Obama, but he actually IS half-white. And this is kind of sad when you think about what this means. He never would have been able to become president if he wasn't, because he never really would have had the economic opportunity to even run for office. You want to see the absolute WORST poverty in Chicago? Just head to the overwhelmingly black neighborhoods in the Southwest side of the city.

I'm really hoping Obama can lead us out of this crap. He has inherited Bush's shit sandwich, and now we're the ones that cry for recovery. He had my vote, and, now, I hope he can fulfill what he has promised, removing the very thing that he is being crowned with here.

You know I love your drawings though; keep up the satire. :)

Wow, provocative that: "WORLD has a new empiror" :D Obama seems ok guy, but who's running the show in America means the same as who's running the show in the whole WORLD seems reeaally provocative. Anyway: really nice and interesting art - as always.

Obama might be a president and have back up from certain businesses yet I believe he will be much better than Bush.

What would you like Carlos? Mc Cain whom would continue on the war and destroy lifes or Obama whom will case the wars?

Obama has no intention of ceasing the wars, if you've listened to him, his plan is to slowly get out of Iraq and instead increase American involvement in Afghanistan.

On the home front, he may be "the most liberal senator in the USA" but that means sweet fuck all there. That still means a blank cheque for Israeli apartheid in the Middle East, unregulated free market capitalism, oppression of the poor around the world (it'll be interesting seeing him neglect Africa)

I will admit that yes he is the lesser of the two evils but that doesn't mean much, and its nice to see a black president, though after 2 days im already sick of the "only in America could this happen" well no, there are lots of countries where things like this have happened. Most countries in the world have had a female leader (which the Americans have) and i think Nelson Mandela leading South Africa is a far more radical and unbelievable feat than Obama in America.

since, well...always. lets face it, even though he favours regulation more than the Republicans, that doesnt say a whole lot. during the primaries he went on about NAFTA being broken and it needing to be fixed (and that got me quite excited because he mentioned scrapping NAFTA if nothing productive could come from it, because as a Canadian its more than slightly depressing watching every job head to Mexico like students at spring break.) but then, one of his aides called our Prime Minister and let him know that Obama is just talking rhetoric and that he has no real plans to change NAFTA at all. Sadly he's not the 'socialist' that mcCain labelled him as

Wait, hold on there, you have yet to see what Obama does. Most of your work may be truth or mostly truth, but this is just being downright cynical. Jumping the gun even.

If Obama truly acted against the expectation of millions of people around the world, then by all means post the art as truth.

All I am asking you is to wait.

I noticed Obama has no blood on his hands yet in your drawing. Maybe we should let his actions speak for him before we judge him, lest we be too cynical and guilty of the same extremism's as the racist's and neo nazi's in his own country.

Not billions no. He spent roughly 700 million, which he raised from volunteer's and groups donating because they believed in his political message. Their aim was to put him in the white house, not give him a loan as an investment. Also, Obama was not a drain on any federal backing, he even refused federal funding for his campaign, which McCain took.
